Assembly Shop Worker

FullTime position

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble light poles and fixtures according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Identify and communicate process improvements
• Work closely with team members and take direction from the Assembly Lead
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Report material or component issues promptly
• Support continuous improvement and production goals
• Perform additional production tasks as assigned

Preferred Experience:

• Previous manufacturing, construction or assembly experience
• Ability to read basic work instructions or technical drawings
• Familiarity with standard shop tools and equipment
• Experience using ERP or manufacturing software systems (e.g., for logging work, reporting issues, or tracking production)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and comfort working around tools and machinery
