Assembly Shop Worker
FullTime position
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble light poles and fixtures according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Identify and communicate process improvements
- Work closely with team members and take direction from the Assembly Lead
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Report material or component issues promptly
- Support continuous improvement and production goals
- Perform additional production tasks as assigned

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Experience:
- Previous manufacturing, construction or assembly experience
- Ability to read basic work instructions or technical drawings
- Familiarity with standard shop tools and equipment
- Experience using ERP or manufacturing software systems (e.g., for logging work, reporting issues, or tracking production)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity and comfort working around tools and machinery
