Position Summary:

Structura Inc., an exciting and growing outdoor performance lighting manufacturer located in Lenexa, KS is seeking a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting transactions including accounts receivable and payable, monthly expense reports, and manufacturing job postings through our EPICOR ERP software system.

Major Functions

· Accounts receivable

· Accounts payable

· Receivables management (emails and calls on collections)

· Manufacturing job closing and profitability reporting

· Monthly expense report reconciliationAssist in end of month and end of year procedures for a privately held company

· General office assistance as needed

Requirements, Skills and Abilities

· Have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel

· Must be extremely organized and detail oriented

· Proven ability to work well in a team environment

Education and Experience

· Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business

· Work experience in accounting or related financial / business function is helpful but not required

· Experience with Epicor ERP software a plus
