Assembly Associate

FullTime position available

Job Responsibilities:

• Under limited supervision, can assemble component parts while adhering to a specified set of procedures.  
• Ability to verify the correct quantities of assembled parts and perform quality checks on completed work.
• Read engineer drawings and instructions for proper assembly. 
• Identify opportunities to improve our products and processes. 
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
• General shop assistance where needed. 
• Adhere to safety procedures. 

Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce quality products.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• A self-starter, who can work independently and in a team setting. 
• Brings a positive attitude to the team. 
• Exhibits customer first mentality and shows pride in his/her work.
