NE Regional Manager

East Coast Territory

Postition Summary:

  • We are looking for a self-motivated, team player who is familiar with the world of lighting design and manufacturing and is eager to work with our team, our Reps, and the East Coast’s specifying community (architects, lighting designers, and landscape architects, etc.) to sell top quality lighting products, technical support, and service.



  • Developing mutually beneficial relationships with our Reps and Specifiers in East Coast Markets so that Structura is the manufacturer of choice for architectural outdoor lighting.

  • Hire, train, develop and evaluate new Reps in coordination with the National Sales Manager.

  • Conduct product training in the territory to demonstrate the breadth of innovative lighting solutions available to Reps and Customers/Specifiers.

  • Design and participate in sales opportunities through industry events, lunch and learns, Rep events, Specifier manufacturer trips, etc., to further company relationships and generate new business.

  • Partner with our Inside Customer and Sales Team to be the voice of our Reps and Specifiers through the bidding process, order entry and installation.

  • Work with Customer Service to provide input on current projects, quotes, and product samples.

  • Act as a company representative and attend necessary industry trade shows.

  • Maintain field intelligence on competitive activities and new product developments.

  • Report sales and call activities regularly.

  • Be able to operate with a minimal amount of supervision while consistently delivering annual goals.

  • Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, software specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote (Apple).

  • Possess the ability to effectively learn and utilize new software applications as needed.


Education and Experience:

  • -5+ years of sales experience.

  • Experience working in architectural and/or lighting design field is a plus.

  • Travel required with average of 45-50%.
