Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated welder to join our Metal Shop team. This role requires someone who can plan proactively, anticipate challenges, work efficiently, and contribute ideas that improve processes. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, collaborates well with others, and follows direction confidently and respectfully.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG/MIG welding for any product that is fabricated and requires welding.
- Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and processes.
- Sand seams and rough spots with a portable grinder or sander.
- Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury, product, or facility damage.
- Ask for and give clear and constructive feedback.
- Clearly communicate in both verbal and written form.
- Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork to foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in TIG/MIG welding with at least 3 years of experience.
- Welding certifications are preferred.
- Comfortable working with aluminum and steel.
- Able to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Continuous improvement mindset with willingness to share ideas.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow direction and work respectfully with leadership.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic computer skills.

Order Management SpecialistThe Order Management Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing, tracking, and lifecycle management of customer orders from entry through post-production fulfillment. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales representatives, production, and logistics to ensure orders are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer expectations. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and ownership of order accuracy and resolution.
